1St check in Door was broken took almost 2 hours for them to give us a new room and 30 mins more to get my bags out of the old room missed other dinner plans. 2Nd check in Left room on return room was not cleaned told front desk the bathroom was not working no one was told and it was not fixed came back to the room that night unclean and could not use the bathroom for almost 12 hours all that was done was a free late check out given I would never stay here or thell anyone to stay here ever!

Our air conditioner didnt work in our room. When we asked for assistance we did not receive any.
free shuttle to and from the airport. room was presented really well and the bed & pillows were v comfy - exactly what i needed for resting between long haul flights. would stay there again.
the contact number on my booking form from Booked.net was incorrect. had to get change at he airport to try and get in touch with them about the shuttle. beware of non metered taxi drivers offering you a ride will try & charge you $50-65 when its actually $13 in a yellow cab!!
We had a 16 hour stopover in New York and arrived at approx. 9 AM at the hotel (thanks to the super fast shuttle service). Although the check in was at 3 PM the staff managed to check us in at 1 PM so that we had a good, six hour sleep. Everybody on the staff was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although the walls seemed a little thin. If you're going for a night's rest before an early flight at JFK or just a long layover - this is the place to go.
The hotel is pretty far from almost everything except the JFK airport (that means places to eat, public transportation, any sights) so I guess it's mainly viable as a near-JFK kind of a spot.

Was a problem everday and know one did there jobs in a timly manner I would never tell someone to stay here nore would I EVER again.

when booking the room they said they would have shuttle pick me up from LGA airport. when I got in and called they said they did not pick up at LGA and did nothing to get me to hotel. I had to pay 33.00 cab ride. when I checked it black girl at front desk was a social call and then told me she could do nothing about the mix up. I needed to speak to manager in the morning. She would be in at 9:00am and I had to leave hotel at 8:00am. Ask that she call me. She never did. While waiting for my key and desk girl to get off personal phone call. a black girl came out of elevator and asked for security to come to her room because the man in the room won't leave and getting physical. I wanted to leave at that moment but it was already 10pm and I was to be at JFK in the morning. I asked that she not put me on same floor at that woman. She said she would not. I had a room right in front of elevator.. Morning.. I was told shuttle would pick up on 1/2 hour. I was in lobby at 750am for 800am shuttle.. It finally came at 840am. I asked girl at desk to have manager call me and she took my number and my cab receipt and said someone would call. NO ONE EVER CALLED. people were coming in off the street with their kids and going to breakfast area to eat. No one seemed to see or care. Neighborhood was Jamiaca and was a good place. MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE.. Please take this hotel off your website. It is a place for homeless people to eat and Prostitutes to meet their clients. Not to mention... putting on their website they had a 24 hour shuttle that would pick up at airports and then did not live up to their promise. I was told later that it is a dangerous place to stay... DO NOT ADVERTISE THIS HOTEL.

Leaking water in the bathroom, only one person, attending everything, to long to check in. put on hold in the phone for more than twenty minutes, to find the address.
They did not mention us that the shuttle from airport ends up at midnight. I had hard time to go from airport to the hotel. The lady at Reception at night shift was very rude and hang up on me.

Everything was awful. There was a noise from a heating system in the room. It wasn't comfortable at all.

Service was very poor, very short staffed, Long queues at reception and staff didn't seem to care about all the complaints people were giving. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 8.30pm and check in is meant to be 3pm.
